Hwa has been a self-taught Malaysian illustrator for 6 years and a future animator. Currently taking her Diploma of Animation at Universiti Teknologi Islam Malaysia (UiTM). She specializes in visual storytelling ranging from comic making to animatic. She enjoys capturing cinematic scenes in her work. But her most proud works are categorized in the angst, romance and comedy genre.

General
1. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here.
2. These terms may be updated or revised. Clients will be notified if changes affect ongoing commissions.Commission Process
1. Commissions are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Clear communication is essential; provide detailed references, descriptions, or mood boards to ensure accuracy.
3. A rough sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding. Minor changes are allowed at this stage. Major revisions may incur additional fees.
4. The client will receive progress updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, color).Payment
1. All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., USD, MYR] and are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.
2. A 50% deposit is required upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the final artwork is delivered.
3. Payment is accepted via Local Bank Transfer or PayPal.
4. Refunds:
- Full refunds are available only if the work has not started.
- Partial refunds depend on the stage of progress. Completed work is non-refundable.Revisions
1. The commission includes 2 free minor revisions during the process.
2. Additional revisions or major changes after the sketch stage will incur an extra fee (50%-100% of the commission price).
3. Once the final artwork is delivered, revisions are not accepted.Turnaround Time
1. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the commission and current queue status. Estimated delivery will be communicated upfront.
2. Rush orders (delivery within a specific tight deadline) are subject to additional fees.Usage Rights
1. For Personal Use: The artwork is for non-commercial use unless explicitly agreed upon.
2. For Commercial Use: An additional fee applies for any use in merchandise, branding, or other commercial purposes.
3. I retain the right to:
Include the commission in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested.
4. Use the commission for non-commercial purposes (e.g., art exhibitions).
5. The client may not:
- Claim the artwork as their own.
- Alter the artwork without permission.
- Use the artwork for NFT, AI training, or blockchain-related purposes.Cancellation
1. If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
2. If the client cancels the commission, the refund will be based on the progress made (see Payment section).Behavior Policy
1. Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the commission without a refund.
2. Communication is strictly for commission purposes.
